Does anyone haveany recommendations for type of paint to use to paint designs on the inside back wall of my flight cage that I am working on? I know that the VOC is important, but I don't even know where to startwith type (i.e. Acrylic, oil, etc) or brand.
Also, do I need to seal it with anything to keep it from chipping/peeling too much?
Any and all suggestions are, as always, welcome and appreciated?

Nelissa, any child safe, low VOC paint is good. I like a water based paint. They make some very Eco friendly paints now, if you go to a home improvement store like Home Depot they should be able to direct you to the safest to use. Most child safe Eco friendly will have a symbol like a crib, mother holding a child on it.

Oil base is fine also but may take longer to dry and it need to be aired until you can not smell the paint fumes.

Durable and washable to!
