Ronivet mixing questions

Hi,
I was going to start a cycle of Ronivet12% today, but when I went to mix it, there are conflicting instructions on how much to use.

The container itself says: Indicative dose - 1 tsp per two gallons of water. Broken down, this works out to be 1/4 tsp per half gallon, or 1/8 tsp per quart (or approx 1/8 tsp per liter).
On ladygouldian.com, it says 1/4 tsp per liter, which is double the dosage on the container.

What ratio do you use? I'm inclined to go with the package directions, but why the discrepancy?

Also, what sort of container is okay to mix in? Would a 2 liter soda bottle be okay?

1 teaspoon to 2 quarts of water for a normal dose

if doubling the powder 2 teaspoons of ronex 12% to 2 quarts.

if using a 1 quart container use 1/2 tesaspoon of ronex 12% to 1 quart water

if doubling the powder in a 1 quart container use was full teaspoon.

Nelissa what is the amount in the bottle is it a 25gm/.9 oz bottle?

It is ok to double ronex without ill effects for the first treatment

Yes, 25g, a light green powder.

my container reads 1 tspoon per gallon. You are safe to use 1 tspoon per gallon. It can be used like that for the first 3 days or full 7 days.

on ladygouldian the dose is 1 tsp per 2 gallon....or 1/2 per gallon. I would double it the first treatment and then the second in two weeks do the normal dose of a 1/2 to 1 gallon.

Okay, I will start with 1/2 tsp to 1/2 gallon for a week. Then in two weeks, go to 1/4 tsp to 1/2 gallon, again for a week.

Is it okay to mix in a soda bottle? Or should I get a two quart pitcher or something?
