Spitting up water
I was Scatting my birds today, just part of quarantine for my new birds. I have a pearl society male that was doing something rather peculiar. I caught him and he was spitting up water. I don't know if he had just drank water or was vomitting or if it was something worse. I haven't noticed him wheezing or breathing heavily since and he seems perfectly ok now. But I was wondering if it was something to worry about.
13 societies (Terra, Glacier, Bright Eyes, Fluff, Donnie, Millie, Scuttle, Banjo, Kazooie, Poof, Gale, Chuckles, Pearl),3 Java Rice Finches (Queen, Speck, and Puffer), and a finch wist list a mile long!

I've never seen or heard of a finch spitting up water.
Keep an eye on him for a while, for sure.

I would do like Liz mentioned but also add a heat lamp just in case there is something underlying and he may need to warm up a bit.

Just wanna update, he is doing fine and hasn't done it again. I am thinking he must have just got a drink and all the flying during the chase made him spit it up or not swallow properly. Thank you all for the advice though
