Quarantine med treatment

In looking at your quarantine treatment plan, I notice that you do not overlap medications. You finish WormAway and SCATT before starting Baycox, and finish Baycox before starting Ronex. Is there a reason for that?

If there is, I need to fix my quarantine treatment plan. I overlap w Ronex in-between 2 of the Baycox treatements. And WormAway in the Baycox treatment. I did the overlap to shorten the quarantine period, and it still takes 48 days to complete my process. I put a 2 day gap between treatment of different meds.

day 1 = SCATT, cycle 1
day 5,6 = Baycox, cycle 1
day 9-15 = Ronex, cycle 1
day 19,20 = Baycox, cycle 2
day 22 = SCATT, cycle 2
day 29,30 = WormAway, cycle 1
day 33,34 = Baycox, cycle 3
day 37,38 = WormAway, cycle 2
day 42 = SCATT, cycle 3

I treat with Worm Away during the same period of time as SCATT because while SCATT works on ASM it is also itself a wormer - so I do not mind combining it with Worm Away since they are different ingredients.

After the second dose of SCATT I give the birds a 7 day "rest" (you can offer probiotics during this time) before starting the Baycox, and I don't do any other medications in combination with the Baycox because SCATT remains in the blood stream for approximately 21 days.

I don't want to be "combining" medications or treating with different meds back to back with no rest because even though these little birds have fast metabolisms I would think too much at once would be hard on their livers.

Thanks Tiffany
I guess I was being hard on the birds. I figured that it was OK as long as they were not being treated w different stuff at the same time. I did not think about how long the meds are in them.
Looks like I have to revise my quarantine process again.
