Droppings stuck to vent

Post by Ameza » Tue Apr 10, 2012 11:38 am

Hiya guys.

I have noticed something that has never happened to any of my birds before, one of my young hens has now most of the time dried droppings stuck to the feathers around her vent.

I have now given her the chance to bathe more often to get rid of the droppings and added some herbal immune booster and such to her water and food.

Their diet had not changed, they still get seeds, millet, vegetables, eggfood, cuttle bone.

Is this an indicator of some sickness?

Ameza, does this happen over night or is this during the day as well?
