Undigested Seeds In Droppings
My jew female fawn society is dropping what looks to be millet with a yellow coating? Her wings droop a bit. Is she okay??
The new zebra male is a perfect specimen though.

Re: Undigested Seeds In Droppings
Sorry to tell you that undigested seed in the feces is not good - not good at all but I don't know the remedy. Put a heatlamp on her cage immediately. I'm sure someone with actual experience with this can tell you how to overcome it. Good luck!

Dante...if she is in with your male both may need to be treated...undigested seed is mentioned here.

I would not move the zebra in with your other birds until you find out what the society has.

They have been sharing a cage...both may need to treated if what she has can be passed to him.

Am I the only one confused about what a jew female society is?DanteD716 wrote:My jew female fawn society
Does she attend Temple on Sunday and read the Torah???

I hope she is okay, if you have SCATT try Kenny's suggestion first for gizzard worms.
Worm Away also treats for Gizzard worms or at least is indicated for it. It's a little bit less expensive and you might be able to find it more sites than you may SCATT.
I'm not too confident about worms being common in aviary birds but it would be an easy first treatment.
