Herbs????

Hi, I was just wondering is there any certain herbs you shouldn't give your birds? I have a Cockatiel and zebra finches. I have several different herbs and don't want to give them something that would make them sick. Thank you.

I can't think of any right off hand but you can do a search for "safe herbs" or unsafe herbs on here.

Twin Beaks makes Herb Salad that can be used safely for all birds.

Thanks, I have most the herbs listed but I wasn't sure on a few of them. My mom actually gave the herbs to me and I wanted to be safe before I gave it to them.

I wasn't sure about Dill weed, rosemary, and savory. I looked it up and found out dill weed and rosemary is safe but i haven't found anything about savory.

according to this site savory looks safe...as with all things moderation is the key...so much of anything is not good for them.
