baby finch died

I had 2 baby finch in the nest, one was alot smaller than the other. I think he might have been suffocated
. Mom, Dad and the bigger guy, probably were pretty tight in the nest...........not much room for the little one to thrive.........his crop was full of seed however Well, live and learn.....

Very sorry to hear of the little one - it sometimes happens when the chicks differ greatly in size.
But I'm very glad to see you have figured out how to post / start your very own topics!
