I had a zebra baby from the first clutch, i know we are mean, but we named her gimpy. She was our first clutch and we did not know but she was the youngest and she was born last, under the other two and her foot was backwards and curled. let me find a picture!

we never were able to fix it, and she died shortly after because the parents refused to feed her after fledgling.
What does it look like?

EDIT:: Gimpy pic is added. i loved her so much!

As long as the parents feed him after he has fledged, he/she should be good!
Make sure they keep feeding him! we tried to get Gimpy to eat on her own but it never happened. we suspect she may have starved We didn't euthanize her because we thought since she had only a few weeks, why would we? she was not in pain, she did not show signs of hurting at all.

They are feeding the little one, Please try to take a picture.

I hope the little one does good. i have heard of people with handy capped birds, make ramps for the cage and perches with indents for the foot.
lastly, good luck!

ALSO
Zebras are one of my favorite finches which is why i chose them over societies, spices, owls-all of the others at the store. they are beautiful and sound like squeaky toys and they are always so energetic and excited! So i will help as much as possible!

He is the only baby? do you mean he has no other siblings?

Poor little guy! Keep an eye on him. The boiled seed recipe helped my babies eat on their own better. As for his handicap, God will take care of it. Have faith in the little guy!

Oh my I've never seen anything like this before.
The major issue is to be sure that the chicks still get's fed, and then starts eating on his own.
I actually think it might be a good idea to try to "correct" the leg like Dante suggested, as long as it does not seem to cause more harm than good. Try to adjust it to a better position and tape it or something :/ I know people with parrots and other birds often have to do something similar when birds have splayed legs.
But if it doesn't work, it's very likely that he will just learn to use the leg as it is. I've heard of finches with just one leg doing quite fine.

Best of luck with him!

See if it's a temporary condition with the baby bird. If not, it can survive well into adulthood.

I had a female bird just like that, except BOTH her feet were curled. She had a hard time trying to perch on bars, but could manage well-enough.

Worst come to worst, you may have to separate the baby bird when it becomes an adult. For some reason, my other zebras knew she was different, and kept picking on her (she had a semi-bald head from all the head feather hanging - you know what I mean  ).

When we tried to correct Gimpy's foot, she made sounds that sounded painful. so hopefully your bird is different! hopefully it can be corrected. i would start by taping the toes separate from each other. Put a piece of tape around the base or middle of each toe, a small strip so that it does not completely ruin all balance.
if the foot is backwards like Gimpy, i would first take a paper towel piece(just barely enough to keep the tape off of the skin on the ankle) and put it on the tape and straiten the foot out. if the parents stop feeding, take it off and put him back.
