I just lost a gouldian juv, 3 months after she weaned.
She was foster raised by a pair of society hens, and has been kept with the hens ever since.
3 months after weaning seems quite late for death from C&C. I figured death from C&C would be between nestling and weaning.
She has flesh on both sides of her breast bone, so she wasn't starving, and she seemed just fine yesterday.

Sorry to hear that Gary. I sometimes have parent raised Gouldians juvies pass away a few months after weaning - just one of those things.

What mutation was she?

She was a BH-PB/WB-GB/BB
