I have two birds that are under the weather right now and I need help to determine how to treat them. I am at a loss as to what to do. I would appreciate some guidance.

Bird #1: Zebra hen. Sleeping all day for the last week with her head tucked into her wing. She has a heat lamp and she sits under it constantly. She was making regurgitating motions, and quickly opening and closing her beak. No visible vomit. I have been treating her with Ronex 12% for the past 4 days and she doesn't seem to be improving as she is constantly sleeping.

Bird #2: Button quail hen. Laboured breathing, closed eyes, sits under heat lamp all day. At first I thought the puffiness might be egg binding, so I gave her a 2 drops of liquid calcium to her beak, then she started having clicking and rasping breathing. I treated her for ASM and then after that I began treating her with ronex for the past 4 days.

I have these medications on hand:
Amoxitex (just arrived in the mail today)
endocox/baycox (just arrived in the mail today)
nyastatin
ethromycin
nv powder
liquid calcium
ronex 12%
scatt

what should i do? should i start them on another medication? any help is appreciated as I'm pretty worried

My guess would be either a fungal, protozoa or bacterial infection.
Here's an article that may help you determine which it might be:

Good luck

Ronex should be given longer than 4 days usually th dose extends to 7 days. You can also combine ronex with amoxitex.

Ronex powder and amoxitex powder to one part water. I follow the direction amount for the water for Ronex, add the ronex powder and amoxitex powder.
