my finch has started pooping some yellow water from back wht is the cause for it

I would start by putting the bird in a hospital cage with a heat lamp. You can use a desk lamp if you do not have one available. Is the bird eating and drinking regularly? Does he seem off balance or is puffed up?

Perhaps the yellow poop was the result of something you fed her? Nevertheless, it's wonderful to hear that she is doing better. Continue with the additional heat source, provide clean water, and continue to monitor her conditions. I hope she will be as good as new for you soon!
