Ronex and Tetracycline

Post by mayble » Thu Feb 28, 2013 6:50 pm

Is it safe to use Ronex 12% and Ornacycline at the same time?
I haven't found any precautions advising against it, so I'm assuming it is but I'd like to know if anyone else has used them concurrently.

On the morningbirdproducts.com site (interaction chart...scroll down) you can not give Ronex with tetracycline.

If a finch is really sick and I want to treat them quickly, but safely, I give them Ronex 12% and Amoxitex for 5-7 days, then follow with Probiotic for a few days. That mix has saved several finches in the past. Good Luck.
