Med Pet 4 in 1 Powder.
I just lost my male yellow gouldian from what I think is a Protozoa infection. I ordered Med Pet 4 in 1 Powder before he passed. I wanted to check with everyone to see if this is a commonly used product, how eveyone uses it, and if it works. All comments are greatly appreciated.

Re: Med Pet 4 in 1 Powder.
I purchased it and tried it on a sick gouldian once, it was the only product that I saw any marked improvement on this bird. None of the other medications (Ronivet, etc) had any effect. Unfortunately, it did not last and he passed away a few weeks later. In one of the other groups I belong to, many of the people swear by it. I think if you have a tough case where nothing else is working, it is definitely worth a shot.

I agree with Lisa. I use it when I cannot identify the disease, otherwise symptom specific medicine is always preferred.
