I don't know if anyone knows what is going on here.
one of the birds that I have is a society, and he just seems to be puffy but not showing any real nasty symptoms.
The other is an English Zebra finch, and he's swallowing and shaking his head back and forth, he's not really eating and drinking.
I am concerned I was wondering if anyone knows he might have.
Right now I have them on megabac S. I am not sue if this is the right medication for it.

The problem with adminstering a medicine without knowing what problem the birds have is that it can do more harm than good, unless the birds have the problem that medicine targets. Without more information, it is difficult to diagnose. I would isolate those two birds, put a heat lamp on them, and observe them to see what other symptoms they are having. Check their poops.

Sally is right. Separate them and give them heat. Then, put clean paper towel on grate so you can get a clean sample of the droppings. Look at the consistency, color, etc. Also, listen to them by their beak/chest and check if you hear a clicking noise as they breath (air sac mites). Feel their breast bone (keel) and if it is protruding and sort of sharp feeling, they aren't eating and need supplementation of Thrive to give them some ability to fight whatever is going on with their system. Finally, I would give them probiotic after the antibiotic to restore the gut flora to its normal status. Keep us updated.

Not a vet but my first thought was canker. Can you see if there are any yellowish lumps in it's mouth? Sounds like it's trying to dislodge something.
Here's a website with common canary and finch diseases that may help you:
