My zebbie's beak too long, help!

Hi, please help me out! I recently clean my bird cages, and noticed that one of my female finch beak (bottom part) was longer than the top, I don't want take it to vet just because this, is there anyway I can help her, I have no experience clip it myself She was eating fine but I guess took longer for her to hull a seed, I already put some perch helps trim some of the longer part but it's not helpful since it regrow again after it was some short last week. I just don't want any Problems to her, also I give cuttle bones and oyster shell as well which her bill still too long. Is there any other way I can do , any suggestions will be great... thank you in advance!

Just clip the bottom beak with a nail clipper. You may have to continue to do this as the lower beak may continue to unevenly grow. Here is some literature that may help:

Whewwww it takes me 1hour plus clipped her over grown bill :/ I was so patient hold her by hand and gently calm her down by waiting , and she closed her eyes and not struggling from my palm. I then moved the nail clipper (I wiped alcohol pad to get rid of any germs before I use) I was in bathroom doing this because in case she escape I can catch her easier by turn off light. Anyways, I clipped one tiny little bit a time bravely, I was nervous if will hurt her that's why. Then she escaped for my palm and I caught her again and repeat the same process by calm her down again, and did 2nd time by clip it. Still the beak look little long but I let her back to cage don't want her too stressful. Now it looks better than earlier and she seem eating well, she was already fluffy up by throwing up water early this morning before I clipped the bottom beak , and she grill does the same by shake her head like she wants to get rid of water or something. Is there anything I can help her? I heard put apple cider vinegar in water help defeat yeast infection; I don't know if she got yeast infection but I put a drop in her water and she drank it now, will see what Naples. :/ any advices for throwing up finch problem? Thanks for your time.
