HELP!!!

One of my juvenile society finches got out of her cage and hit a window really hard about two hours ago. She is still alive, but she isn't moving. I've put her in the nest and turned off the lights to try to decrease stimulus for her, but her not reacting to anything is scaring me. Is there anything else for her that I can do? I really don't want her to die.

You could try adding a little heat to keep her warm. Hopefully she is just in shock and in time will recover and it's nothing more serious.
good luck

I was keeping some parrolets for a friend and that happened to one. I'm sure it will be fine. Good luck. Do you have shears for the window or curtains ?

Try to use a heat lamp under her cage , so she can stay warm and peace. Hope she will be ok tomorrow, you should check on her couple times throughout the night and make sure she is ok. Hope just some shocking her not serious one. Good luck! And keep us posted.

Thank you everyone for the advice! She's still alive and much more active and is eating and drinking. Her head has a dent in it and she still sleeps a lot, but each day she gets better and better. My four other society finches (including her dad and brother) have been so sweet to her by sitting next to and cleaning her.

Wow, I'm sorry she was injured. She is acting like a person does with a head injury, lethargic, sometimes unresponsive, and probably a little confused. Since she is recovering, she can get back to normal, unless there is swelling in her little brain. Keep an eye on her for a few days. Prayers she makes a full recovery.
