Hi everyone
I just have a curious question regarding worming and etc. Is it possible to use worm away at the same time as ronex(the 6% strength-I think). Or should I just treat with ronex for 7 days then follow with worm away and vice versa. btw both products are by Morning bird. I just got parrot finches and wanted to be safe than sorry. Any thoughts or how each of you personally administer these products will be appreciated.

At the Morning Bird site they have a product interaction chart and it says not at the same time.
Here's the link to their page

If you are using Ronex 6% that is not strong enough for finches, they have a higher metabolism...you can double the amount of powder to one times the amount of water...this is safe to do.

Cindy- can you explain that in details. So does that mean i should use 1 teaspoon instead of half teaspoon per 6oz or whatever is recommended on the pkging? Im not familiar with ronex6% at all. Btw thanks for thr heads up for it being not strong enough. I didnt know.

(not sure how your instructions read for a single dose)
this is just an example.....pretend it says 1/4 teaspoon of Ronex 6% to 1 cup of water simply increase the Ronex 6% to 1/2 teaspoon to 1 cup of water.
Double the powder stated but keep the water amount the same.
The recommend Ronex 12% for finches.
