society finch wing is red and raw

one of my young male society finches looks red and raw underneath one of his wings (the top part of the wing). they've all had the iverlux in the water at different times but not sure if mites are the problem. he isn't missing any feathers so it looks like an infection but I don't know how to treat it. has anyone ever had this?

Can you post a picture because it's hard to give suggestions without seeing how the wing looks. If it's swollen, there is likely an infection. Could still be something milder, like an allergy, but it's hard to say without seeing a picture. I hope he gets better.

I don't see anything to worry about. Maybe the photos don't show it up enough, but that looks normal to me.

hmmm, if he bites at it, i just don't think that's normal. but, that's why i'm asking. this is a new one for me.

I have to say I also don't see anything to be very alarmed about at this point. He could have scraped it a little on the cage bars or elsewhere, but at least from these photos, I would watch it, but not do anything now.
