Was wondering if any aussie finch owners have had any problems with air sac mites?

Also knowing that 'scatt' is not a product available here, what other products might be available on the aussie market to treat air sac mites that you might have used with success?

A very good article on worming techniques, but a couple of products deal with air sac mites also. Ivomec and Cydectin. Ivomec can be mixed with alcohol and applied to the back of the neck in a similar manner as Scatt and Cydectin has the same active ingredient as Scatt. Neither of these products are available (to my knowledge) in small quantities for finch breeders so it can be quite expensive, but if you are protecting your breeding stock then i think it is justifiable.
