I found this online, I would like to try it. Does anyone else mix their own cleaner? Or do you use something else?
3 cups hot water
3 tbsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp pure Lemon Juice
Mix very well and discard remaining mixture.

it is not a disinfectant but looks good for breaking up dirt and grime. I just use white vinegar and water.

What mixture do you use, maybe 1 part vinegar to 3 or 4 parts water? The vinegar doesnt bother the birds?

Is it sticky, I wonder? The lemon juice makes me think "sticky."
I love vinegar. Just white vinegar and water works really nicely for wipe-downs. And it's non-toxic so it won't hurt them.

I use hydrogen peroxide and vinegar/water. First I spray vinegar and water (2 Tablespoons vinegar/1 pint water), then immediately follow with a spray of peroxide, then wipe. The peroxide helps with the poop and the vinegar smell. I dilute the vinegar because full strength was burning my nose, can't imagine how the birds felt about it. Every once in a while I will use a diluted dish soap/baking soda mix similar to the above recipe, but then follow with the vinegar or else have streaks from the baking soda.
