Is she just holding it up or is it flopping loose?
She may have broken the leg. My dad's canary did that. I.used this site to mend it. http://www.lbah.com/word/fractured-bird-leg/ The canary is now fine and we actually can't even tell which one it was. There is a chance of infection setting in and although we he didn't use any antibiotic, if the situation doesn't improve overnight, you should give medicine.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear about your bird.
It's possible she either dislocated the leg or broke it. It's impossible to know.
The leg may heal on its own or the injury may be too severe and she could lose the leg. (If this happens, it will turn black and fall off.)
As for the wing, there's not much you can do. I would just put everything she needs on the floor so she doesn't need to fly. I'd put up a super low perch too. Right above the floor.
I would give her a heat lamp. A normal gooseneck desk lamp with 40 watt bulb will do the trick. This is essential, as it allows her body to divert extra resources to healing (resources that would otherwise be expended on heating.) Put it right up against the cage and focus the light on a low perch/floor.
I'd ensure she has a low perch.
I'd ensure food and water is all available and accessible while she's standing on the floor in the event she can't perch.
I would remove the floor grate or cover it with newspaper or paper towels. This is ESSENTIAL because if she cannot control and/or feel the leg, it becomes a liability. So she could get her foot hung up in the bars and worsen the injury.
I would splint it if you can. Atbird provided a link above.
I would also give her lots of calcium and protein, as that's important for building bones and healing soft tissues. Hard boiled eggs are a great source of nutrients.
I'd give her a good quality multivitamin too.
In addition, I would mix unflavored Pedialyte into her water to help get her extra electrolytes. You can do a 50-50 mix of Pedialyte and water. Just be sure the freeze the Pedialyte into cubes straight away. You can store the cubes in a freezer bag. (Otherwise, the Pedialyte has to be discarded 48 hours after opening).
That leg band worries me. You may need to remove it if it starts to cut off circulation. If it's not causing a problem after 24 hours, then you're probably good as the swelling doesn't usually get worse after that point.
You do have a choice as to whether to move her to a smaller hospital cage.
If she's okay where she is currently and the other birds aren't bumping into her or preventing her from eating/drinking, then I would leave her as-is. It's less stressful staying in the home you know and love.
The only problem would be if you need to administer medications; the entire cage would get them, which is less than ideal. But I admit that I've done it to limit stress to a sick/injured bird.
Is the skin broken at all? If not, there's really no need to administer any medications. If the skin is broken, I would give an antibiotic.
Keep us posted! I hope she does well.
