Sore foot/toe
Hello can anyone help one of my zebra finches has a sore toe it lots a bit swollen but does not really seem to be bothering him can any one give me any advise

Without a photo, it is hard to tell what might be wrong. Personally, if the bird is eating and drinking and does not seem to be bothered by it, I would leave it for now and just keep an eye on him.

Welcome to the forum 
I would look carefully at the toe for any hair or tiny string, just be sure theres nothing wrapped around it tightly. A magnifying glass would be very helpful for this.

Thank you both i will try and get a pic of it this evening he is eating and drinking fine it must be a little sore as he keeps standing on one leg and pecking it but hes jumping and flying around his cage like normal
