Took Winston to the vet today. Dr. Morris , very nice and seems to know a lot about birds and at one point he had owned several finches. I did ask if he treats finches and not just big birds and he said yes. So he gave some antibiotics for Winston. He has a bacterial infection but not to bad of one. We also had a dna test done on Winston however we won't know the gender for about 10 days or so. So if there is anyone in MS , looking for a small bird vet and big ones too Dr. John Morris in Saltillo ,ms and no I 'm not being paid to write this.

Elana, very funny lol and you guest it, winnie would be the new name. I bought some zupreem fruitblend for him and he was eating it up. so glad for that too. I'll keep you guys posted when I find out. thanks tam
