Blue Gouldian w/Dirty Vent & Off Droppings

Post by GouldieFledge » Wed Aug 17, 2016 8:01 pm

Hi,

I've had a blue gould for a week now and noticed a dirty vent & diarrhea just recently. The droppings are wet/loose, with a yellow color to them. I have a cross-post going on as I hope to nurse this girl back to health (link is here).

I can post the stool images right here if someone'd be willing to take a look and see what they think may be going on.

GouldieFledge, is it the male or the female? Post the poop pictures. One of the gouldie experts will be able to help. I can only suggest a hospital cage with a heat lamp.

GouldieFledge, I see now that you said that you are trying to nurse HER back to health. Poor girl :(
