Make sure to get a heat lamp on one side of the cage.

where are you located? Pink droppings needs to be addressed by an avian vet? is it loose pink droppings with white? There are a few things it can be and a vet need to do a fecal smear.
Heat lamp, room and atmosphere temp does not count it must be direct heat from a lamp, as suggested on one side of the cage... bald spot is likely plucking from a cage mate.
since she is ill there may be a chance he is carrying something as well if you have a vet explain to him this is a pair in the same cage.

Hi Cindy thanks for your reply I am located in Delhi, India. I have no experience with birds as this is my first time and i'm really getting worried here. One thing i would like to point out about the sick one that its eating properly.

It may be eating well but if there is an issue with the droppings and it is acting ill it may not be digesting well, do you have vets there that treat birds?

mohit, I agree with Cindy in that he might not be digesting properly. I have a sick canary right now and she is eating normally but she's super thin and feathers are puffed up. I treated her for air sac mites and she is now on a treatment of ronex and tri-sulfa. It's hot here too...almost 90 F degrees...but she is still sitting as close to her heat lamp as she can get.
What do you feed your birds? I just recently added the colored pellets for treats and the droppings have changed color. Yellow, green, pink-ish.
I hope your pretty Java feels better soon. I have a soft spot in my heart for Javas

If it is one that does not produce much light, leave it on all the time. If it produces a large amount of light, it may be best to turn it off at night so they can sleep. Just make sure it isn't near anything flammable and your birds can get away from it if they want to... If they start panting of holding their wings out, you may want to move the lamp a foot or so away from them so they don't overheat.

If your bird does not stay near the lamp or seems to avoid it, she may not need it. In that case, I would not use it A ceramic heat emitter is nice to use because it doesn't emit any light, only heat. I use a 60 watt ceramic bulb with a dome made for ceramic bulbs. Bought it from ladygouldianfinch.com. If you get one of these, turn it on away from the birds for a while until any odor burns off.
