My first question would be,
Why are you not allowing your Gouldian parents to raise their own babies?
Gouldians are excellent parents,
Second question,
Are you aware that there are certain infections, that can be passed from Societies to Gouldians, which are fatal?
Please look up and read article:

I have two chance to them last year they did not feed the chicks they threw them out . So I foster the eggs under societies now.
Societies are treated with ronivet , coccivet , scatt and antibiotics before allowing them to foster

I would read this article, your societies may be carriers. You have to treat the entire time the societies are feeding which is not good for the chick's.

I suspect the societies are carriers of C&C.
You need to now keep the present societies separated from your birds (in a separate room), to minimize spreading C&C. Or better to give the societies away, to get them OUT of your house.
I do not know if the chicks that survived are now carriers of C&C, and if they will spread it.
Then replace them with a new set of societies.
Before you bring the new societies in, you need to REALLY CLEAN the cages that the societies were in and the food and water dish.

When purchasing societies, how would you know if they have this disease, and can it be transmitted to other species if they are caged separately?

That's the problem, you don't know.
The only way to make sure, is to buy Socies from a Gouldian breeder who breeds his or her own Societies, or you take your chances.

Hey thanks all for your input ...when I bought societies I quarantined them for about 2 months ..treated them for all diseases ..then I had made them to foster gouldian eggs . In India it is winter now . When is the good time to stop breeding of gouldians

Not sure about the breeding time for your Gouldians in India. It seems to work differently in different parts of the world.
In Australia, where they originate, they breed during the rainy season.
Regarding the Societies, if they are carriers of this disease, they would not be sick themselves, so treating them would be useless. Just trying to explain, what is most likely killing your young Gouldians off, but.... it's up to you.
Good luck

As was mentioned, you don't KNOW if the society is 'clean' from C&C or not.
There are only TWO ways that I know of to test if the societies are 'clean.'
#1 - Take the societies to a bird vet and have the vet check the birds and send samples to the lab to test for C&C.
Warning, the last time that I checked with a vet, the charge for the test was $100 PER BIRD !!!!
#2 - Have the societies raise a few gouldians hatchlings, in a segregated cage away from the flock. If the society raised chicks make it from hatchling to weaned juvenile, the societies are probably 'clean.'
