Bumblefoot? Or not? Please help!

Fellow finch friends!
Any ideas? Look like she lost her rear nail, but then again, there is a spot on her other foot, which looks so sore (bumblefoot?). I'm limited in options...is there anything I can do at home for my bird (female collared warbling)? She is in an aviary and the shyest of all...I guess I should have pulled her despite the stress to cut her nails....now she's in the hospital cage..debrasion? ouch! Suggestions welcome.
