Hello Experts,

My beautiful yellow bloodline male gouldian has suddenly developed a huge lump at the bottom of the anus .Its quite big and the poor bird is very annoyed . Please can you suggest what to do as Medistatin and Tri sulpha is not available in Kolkata .I dont want to lose my bird.

Is this the same bird that has lost his voice and is coughing? An avian vet can run tests and determine what is wrong. It sounds like a tumor, and it may need more than just medicines.

Thanks Sally. No its a different bird. May be you are right .I had already lost a bird coz of it 6 months back .What could be the cause of it .
