Enlarged left crop in zebra finch

Hello all! I have a slight problem.
Yesterday evening I came home and noticed that my 6 week old zebra finch had an oddly enlarged crop on it's left side (see pictures) I hadn't noticed anything at all about it that morning and upon examining it it seemed overfilled and hard. Fearing that it could be the begginnings of slow crop/sour crop I introduced a broad spectrum antibiotic (amoxitex) into it's water and added a light to it's cage.
She/he isn't acting lethargic or showing any other symptoms. Eating and drinking is normal, no clicking while breathing or tail bobbing, the vent looks clean and dry as well as no face or beak discharge. This morning/today it is still enlarged but significantly less so.
Should I be doing anything else? Should I quarantine into the hospital cage? The bird is in with it's sibling in a divided cage with parents on the other side.
Any help would ve appreciated!
