can u candle the unhatched eggs to see at what stage the embryo development has stopped ; maybe u have DIS cause of non observation of the quarantine .
btw society takes 14 to 16 days to hatch after the 4 layed egg

noticed on some of the topics you take your birds outside... do you do that with birds sitting on eggs...if you do stop doing that while birds are incubating...leave them inside...they might be distracted and not sit properly while out.
Hens can come off eggs for up to 30 minutes with out issue but best not to encourage it with a disruption.
Also there are several reasons for infertile eggs... genetics, disease, inadequate diet (lack of proper nutrients need), infection or bacteria within the hen, hen is infertile, male is infertile, internal parasites, virus.... incomplete mating, inadequate incubation, if you handled the eggs bacteria and oils from you hands (even if washed) can enter the egg... change in temperature...taking birds inside to outdoors if warmer outside or cooler outside. Are you positive of the sex of the one as a male?

The eggs are fertile because I have cancelled and they look like they are ready to hatch also I do put them out and they carry on incubation still I've done the same with every clutch so dunno why these aren't hatching
