Hi Diana,
Here are breakdowns of nutritional information of 3 different kinds of crackers...
The top one is a regular cracker, the second one is an unsalted cracker, and the third is an unsalted Saltine cracker.
As you can see, there is really no nutritional value in them whatsover. They are mostly empty calories, some carbs, and some fat, with some containing salt and sugar.
I would not recommend them for your birds, other than maybe a few crumbs once in a blue moon as a very special snack.
A much better snack, would be a nice freshly washed piece of romain lettuce, a bit of broccoli, or a slice of hard boiled egg
