Blind???

I rescued this Zebra Finch from my backyard in August 2017. She's always been a little squinty in her left eye and keeps it shut a lot of the time, so I never really got to have a good look at it. Even the vet couldn't really see her eye much (when I took her in to question her feather loss and failure to grow the feathers back - he said probably stress)
I've just managed to get a really good look at her left eye today, she was sitting still long enough. It's very cloudy and she holds it shut a lot.
There is a video I posted on youTube:
https://youtu.be/ryktVkI0ezg or within YouTube search for Rachel Patchett / Is my Finch Blind
Any advice? I know there's not much I can do if she is blind, but could this be linked to her skittish behaviour and feather loss? She lives with a younger female companion in a cage whom she gets along really well with (they are inseparable and both cry for the other if I have to separate them. They sleep together, bathe together, sing together...) I have considered the possibility of her companion hurting her, however she has been squinty since before I bought her companion.
She flies fine (they are let out of the cage once a day for about 20 minutes).
Thanks in advance!
