Bird fluffing up and wilted wings?

My bird seems to fluff up a lot now and its wings are wilting now (and no, they're not falling and do notice that he did have mites once and some patches were bald since then) He doesn't seem to scratch himself and his behavior sure became weird. Now, he puts in beak in his back and sleeps often all the time (like normal birds when they're trying to sleep)

I would suggest putting a tiny amount of iodine crumbleded into his bathing water only a tiny amount like smaller than a half a pea this seems to always perk up mine however I don’t know what’s up with hanyway him or even if he’s got an illness

Sounds like your bird is sick or old. My old zeb is always fluffed up and does what you mentioned. How old is he?

He's around 2-3 years. He lost most of his feathers and now at parts, he is bleeding. I did provide some medicines a vet recommended me but they are of no use. I did try the iodine solution. https://imgur.com/a/GPIAL

Horiph I can no longer help then the idone solution usually solves mine but then again mines never as bad as what ur zeb is going through these vets seem to know nothing
