Well he was actually in a breeding cage for a while as being in the aviary with so many other birds ended up a bit much for him as he was very old. And I just kept him with a couple other finches and they all kept each other company.

Flight Feathers really I don’t know what I will do when coco dies my first ever bird

Yeah. Snowdrop wasn’t my first finch tho, just my first zeb. My first finch was zephyr, my goldfinch, and she’s still alive and well. She was a rescue bird. And my 2 first birds were my budgies sky and sunshine. I gave sunshine away because she couldn’t fly but I still have sky. He’s one of my special birds, as was rainbow.

Flight Feathers I could imagine I’ve only had finches properly I had a cocktiel for abit but he was nasty no wonder he was cheap !!! And doves but they were boring and too big for aviary and then canary which I like but I can’t manage them in the aviary

What about budgies or quail? Did the canary not go well with your finches? I have a cockatiel that threatens to bite me, I have a cockatiel that flaps around and freaks out and then I have a hand tame cockatiel that will sit on my shoulder! I also love budgies, canaries, and Turks! They may even by my favourites. Especially budgies and Turks!

Flight Feathers when I increase the size of my aviary in few weeks I might get quail I like them but I don’t like budgies for some reason I can’t stand there flat face lol

The only thing about quail I’ve heard they will attack anything even feldgings when they fall to the ground

And the canary is fine but I’ve got my set numbers now and I don’t want to bring any more types of birds into my aviary yet unless ifbits gouldians cod I can have them in the breeding cage to climatically to the aviary where’s as the canary’s are too big for the breeding cages

Lol budgies are one of my favourites! They’re so cute and their antics make me laugh! As for quail, my finches walk right through their nests without a problem. And a breeder I know ended up having one of her zeb fledglings getting raised by a quail!! It depends what quail you’re meaning tho. The ones I’m talking about are chinese quail and they are so good with all my birds. I have 7 Chinese quail.

Yes I have a set number of birds that I can have too so as not to have them all getting each other’s way which could result in fighting which I don’t want.
