Oh really the thing is that this is their 3rd clutch but the only one that has made it this far. On the first one they threw out 4 babies in the second 3 and in this one 1. I was expecting these babies to be thrown out a few days after they were born.

Yes it seems like it, but this will be there first and last time. I only gave them a nest bcuz she kept laying eggs everywere nd breaking them.

Yes ive been giving them different types of seeds in 3 bowls, millet, egg food and hard boiled egg everyday.And also the baby came out and his leg still gets stuck behind his wing but not as much and he puts it back down and it also looks straighter his toes still look weird but at least his leg is fine.

Well first his right leg looked like it was tucked into the belly but now that leg looks fine except for the toes but the left leg looks like its tucked in its so weird i will take a picture later if i can and i have no idea how he walks i havent seen him walk but everytime i go see them he is in a different spot so he is moving around.

I saw him right now and he actually does walk like the bird in the video you sent and also hops around

So here are some pictures he is sad because his siblings are on the branches at the top and he cant be there with them.

Oh really he kept adding more newspaper but the female finch kept taking it out when i removed the nest it had like 3 inches of newspaper at the bottom. Actually it had newspaper than 5 eggs than more newspaper. I saw a post from laraine from ladygouldian she taped the toes i might try that with one leg and see if it works.

Yea and im trying to find more info about it i will try it once he has started eating on his own. The pictures make it look easy but i doubt it will be.

Yea today i saw him on a small branch i placed at the bottom so at least i know he is trying.
