Can I just not for use to be careful with glass jars I’ve jjst sadly lost my large british zebra Male due to it

I had finished cleaning the aviary and this jar slots into a plastic tub so that I can store water jnnit and the birds drink anyway

I left it upside down so it could dry out therefore the open bit was pointing open anyway today I found my zebra dead in it he must have fell in early this morning and exhausted hiself trying to get out cos it’s seethroigh and then had no food all day

I feel so bad but thought Id let use know I never imagined such thing from such a simple mistake
