Noticed she had a small bald spot on her face last night. Today I took a closer look, and it appears there was a small cut perhaps? Bit it wasn't bleeding. Like it was a small open spot on the skin? This can't be normal right?

Looks like it could be her ear hole, but I don't know why she would have suddenly lost the feathers covering it. Could you get a closer photo?
