Bulge on belly of Orange Bishop Weaver

My male Bishop Weaver has this bulge on his belly. He’s also looking kinda scraggly. He’s eating, drinking, and pooping. He loves mealworms. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge they can share as to what this might be and what we can do for him? His name is Congo. His female mate isKenya, and she’s fine. Thanks.
