Husband brought home a female zebra today and it looks as though she was pecked around a bit in the pet shop because she’s missing a toe and her beak looks cracked. I don’t mind too much about the toe as she won’t be bred (in case it’s genetic) but I’m a bit worried about her beak. However she seems healthy and happy. I just never seen a cracked beak before! Anything to worry about? Photo hopefully worked to show what I mean.

RPatchett yeah I’m unsure what causes it I guess that it’s from scraping on the bars or stuff
