My female zebra finch is suddenly puffed up and trying to sleep during the day. There’s no other symptoms, and I will observe her appetite. Is she sick, or is it because of cold weather?

I can also add that i had moved her to a completely new environment a few days ago, and for the first few days she was very vocal. I also clipped her nails with no problems.

UPDATE: She reacts to sounds and movement, so i think that she just didn’t sleep well last night. She’s also growing pin feathers on her head, so is it something related to growing feathers?
