Probiotics

I have been shopping around for a good probiotic to use for my finches and other birds. Just finished some antibiotics on my hen and want to follow up with probiotics. For now I have a vitamin supplement that has 2 strains of probiotics in it.

My question is can anyone recommend a good one to try? I have been reading a lot of stuff online hat I found raher discouraging regarding the viability and actual effectiveness of the probiotics. Mainly that a lot of them are inneffective because the cultures in them are not actually alive, storage in packaging and on shelves can degrade the product and make it useless. Sort of like with human ones, unless it has the seal LAC (live and active cultures), they can be in it bu just won't work. Almost makes me wish I had a microscope so I could mix up the solution and actually look for the little buggers swimming around.

I would appreciate any recommendations of ones anyone here has used that actually worked and did contain live cultures! I did buy one kind because I have spent too long reading about them and didn't want to waste more time.

What can I say, I guess I am very skeptical of things.

Thanks! That is the same one I ordered. Hopefully it works well. I've always thought probiotics were good, but after reading all that stuff about them, made me wonder. Maybe I shouldn't spend so much time reading things online.
