My RCCB Is losing his voice????????

My poor RCCB male has been trying to sing his little heart out today but barely anything is coming out. It's choppy and sounds like an adolesent who is just learning how to sing. This bird is normally a very talented songster so I was just wondering what's going on with him? Is he sick?
If you've experienced this or know what I should do please let me know. Him and mamma are sitting on about 6 or 7 eggs so I definitely don't want to lose him.

I can't offer any help but just wondering if your RCCB is any better since you posted?

This is a new one for me, too--anxious to hear how he is doing.

Hey thanks for the concern everyone....I haven't been home long enough each day to hear him sing. He looks fine physically and when I went near the nest today he went crazy with the CB chirps so i'm hoping that he's ok.
I'm anxious to hear him sing though, I will definitely update everyone when I hear him sing again.

My CB doesn't have a voice either

I have one Cordon Blue who has no voice, I was going to post as well. It's very strange. I think it's mute. Never a sound comes but the beak is constantly opening and closing, I can't remember if this is the hen or cock. I'll double check tomorrow. Everyone is sleeping now. This bird is not sick at all to the eye. The bird has never made a noise since I've owned it. Over 1 1/2 years.
