Baby gould eye infection...
Hello all, I think a 30 day old baby has an eye infection. Or maybe picked at from the foster parents. It is alone with them in the cage. Is there anything I can do, the eye is almost shut...

That's a really tough call without more information. A picture would surely help too. I'm not a vet but I can ask a question or two...
What kind of finch is it?
Is the eye infected or oozing at all?
Is the eye swollen?
Is it discoloured?
Where are you located?
Can you take the bird to an avian vet?
Are the foster parents the same type of finch?
Have you seen them "attacking" the baby?
Is the baby fully weaned?
What size of cage are they all in?
