I noticed that my little cordon bleu is no longer singing and her peeps are very quiet. Is this normal??? The society finch I have with her chirps like crazy. Should I be concerned??

My CB hen, now deceased from old age, never sang that I'm aware of. Her mate didn't either, not til she died then he began singing his little head off.
Is she acting normally otherwise... eating/drinking/moving about?

Thanks for responding so quickly Tammie. She has been acting normally, but I notice she pumps her head a lot. Could she have air sac mites?? Her tweeting has just become so quiet I can barely hear it.

Loss of voice is a symptom of air sac mites - but does you hen have any other symptoms?

I don't think so. I'm not sure what the clicking sound is supposed to sound like as far as how loud. I don't think I hear anything. She pumps her head up and down sometimes, but that may be because she is a little flirt!

You are suppose to hold the bird up next to your ear to check for air sac mites. It's not audible otherwise.

I'm afraid if I try and get her out of the cage, she will have a heart attack.
