Gould poop question

I have had my male/female Goulds for about a month I think.
Every once in a while the female will have poop sticking to her backside.
Its hard to tell if its stuck to her vent or the feathers right there.
Im concerned that she is going to get plugged up as it appears the poop is not runny enough to simply plop to the ground?
They are fed:
ABBA finch seed
Hearty Bird vitamins, liq. iodine, liq. calcium per recs.
Free feed: herb salad, charcoal, fruit pellets, oyster shell, millet sprays
Fruit: leaf lettuce, apple, cucumber
They also have a mineral block and cuttle bone in the cage.
They do not seem interested in:
fruit pellets, oyster shell, any fresh fruit/veggies, mineral block or cuttle bone
Is this something to worry about? It eventually falls off and she seems fine.
Or is there something else I need to be feeding them?
