So I purchased that bath time spray that you spray on the birds and it is supposed to do all these great things.
What do you guys think of that stuff? I removed all food and water from the cage and sprayed my african birds and they are all still preening. I don't know if they appreciated it very much!

emily
if you want some entertainment put a small dish in the bottom of the cage
with some water in the finches will love it more than a spray

I use the spray on my budgies cause they refuse to get themselves wet. But I have yet to meet a finch that didn't relish taking a proper bath.

Well I do let them bathe regular, I just bought this spray b/c it is also supposed to help with other things... just make them healthier all together. Well see, I guess it doesn't hurt them. I give them both options though

I always spray the plants in my indoor aviary, sometimes there sits a bird in them, so they get wet.
The HATE it
Don't know why, because they love sitting in the rain

I have that spray too but my finches prefer bath.
Each of them takes a bath usually twice a day, which means soaked floor

but they look so happy.
