Mixing Calcivet with avigold in their water?

I've ordered a calcium supplement which is added to the birds water, it's called calcivet and is designed to treat and prevent eggbinding in birds. Is Does anyone know if it is safe to mix a supplement such as this in with the avigold supplement? Avigold is a water sanatizer and it also adds minerels and vitamins to the water.

Oh, and should I be giving them such a supplement all the time during breeding, or only when they are laying eggs at the time or what?

I don't use a water sanitizer (yet) so I can't answer your combining Q. I use Calcium Plus as a water supplement twice a week in my finches water. It should give you directions on the label as to how often to supply it during breeding season.
