Thanks to you fine folks I have dived in head first and now own 2 Goulds! Both in great shape, look good, move about and eating well and seem to have adjusted to their new surroundings quite well. They dont seem to mind me around them at all..they dont freak out when I walk in the room, in fact they start to sing!!!
Ok..who here knows the simple dose conversion of S76. Label reads 5ml to 2 liters of water but I only have 2 birds so 2 liters is overkill. What is the 'drop' to ounces ratio (or something equivalent). The bottle has a dropper type cap. This is a 3 week program with the S76 given 2 consecutive days each week correct??? This is for prevention.

Re: S76 Quick US Conversion..
This site has a much more comprehensive explanation of S76 than just the label. Down at the bottom of the page, there are conversion rates for gallon down to cup. Or you can apply one drop directly to each bird for 5 consecutive days. Note that this page also recommends following up with antibiotic. Oops, just reread that, and it sounds to me like they are saying use antibiotic when you have treated for an active infection of air sac mites, not necessarily preventative--sorry.

I acquired a 3cc syringe and have calculated small enough doses I can make daily without wasting so much medicine....
