can any body tell me the best way to help get the egg out

Move the hen to a small cage, place a heat lamp next to the cage, direct the heat to one side of cage. Place a damp towel over the cage, leaving one side uncovered. Rewet the towel as it dries. The heat and humidty should help her pass the egg. If you have a calcium supplement, such as, Calcivet or Calciboost, give her a drop or two directly into the beak.

Egg should pass within a few hours.

my poor zebra died last night. thankyou for your information. i went to the pet store,here in perth Australia and got some added calcium for there drinking water.
